CHRISTMAS VISIONS?
A snowy Christmas is for storybooks and movies.
THIS is what my Arizona Christmas really looks like.
THIS year all our Christmas scenes are going to look a little DIFFERENT.
Fewer gatherings.
Empty chairs.
Perhaps a little less cheer.
Chalk it up to 2020. We blame everything else on it. Why not a blue Christmas?
Because the real meaning this season rises above everything that a worldwide virus can throw at us. The event that took place in a manger long ago completely changed everything. And its message continues to soften hearts year after year.
YES Christmas in the midst of a pandemic is going to look DIFFERENT for all of us. But a miraculous birth followed by teachings and years of a perfect example is the SAME GIFT that our hearts reach for year after year.
JOIN ME in remembering a NEW BEGINNING with ETERNAL PROMISE.
That’s something in our final days of 2020 we can ALL embrace.
