Stop THINKING.
Let me explain.
Stress does not come from what’s happening in your life.
Stress comes from your THOUGHTS about what’s happening in your life.
The process of thinking and pondering is important.
But at some point those thoughts can fall into a vicious unhealthy cycle zapping our energy and positivity.
(i.e., racing mind, lack of sleep, and lashing out at innocents on our path)
If you want to FEED a problem, keep THINKING about it.
If you want to STARVE a problem, take ACTION.
Let’s move forward from the merry go round of thoughts threatening to bury us in a dizzying ditch of DARKNESS.
To reach up toward LIGHT actually involves ACTION.
Make that scary decision.
Trust your inner strength.
And courageously transition from thoughts to ACTION.
It will not be perfect.
May not even be pretty.
But it’s a START.
HERE’S THE SECRET.
A good amount of solutions usually begin with three very important things.
DECISION
COURAGE
and ACTION.
Perhaps that’s something worth thinking about . . . (for a little while)
