SMALL STEPS TO WELLNESS

I KNOW this to be true.

I’m NOT talking about some number on a scale. It’s NOT about defined muscles or how far you can run.

THINK BIGGER . . . and smaller.

Wellness involves our physical, emotional, and spiritual fitness. They all can cross over and compliment each other, but individually they each need some attention.

If we don’t guard and protect a sliver of ME TIME for each area, we will wither so slowly that we hardly notice until we find ourselves in a face-plant.

I know - we are all stretched too thin. But if you make a conscious effort to grasp tiny moments to build those areas of fitness, all those TINY moments eventually add up to something STRONGER. Think 30 minutes or ten or five.

Because minutes matter.

YOU matter.

A spring in your step. A positive attitude. An increase in faith. It’s your JOURNEY OF BECOMING.

And that’s a BIG accomplishment won in very SMALL steps.
